CANCELLATION POLICY

****Booking cancellation policy:**** ** Please give at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations to avoid fees. Same-day cancellations incur a 25% fee charged from the services booked. No-shows result in a 50% of the service booked plus any deposit paid will be kept in full. Thank you for your cooperation. ✨ Payment Policy With 3rd Party Financing✨ I am happy to accept third-party financing options such as Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and other approved payment services for eligible appointments. To protect my time, business, and personal safety as a mobile nail technician, all financing applications must be approved and payment secured before I travel to your appointment. Please understand that I reserve time exclusively for each client and travel with professional equipment and supplies. If financing approval has not been completed by the required time, the appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policies.
